Terms of Service
Welcome to AutoFix Garage! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including car repair, maintenance, and diagnostics provided at our Miami location (123 Calle Ocho, Miami, FL 33135) and through our website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.
1. Agreement to Services
By scheduling an appointment or requesting services from AutoFix Garage, you enter into an agreement with us for the provision of car repair and maintenance services. This agreement is governed by these Terms and the laws of the State of Florida.
2. Service Estimates
We will provide you with an estimate for the cost of services before commencing work on your vehicle. Estimates are based on our assessment of the required work and the cost of parts and labor. Please note that estimates are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and debit cards. We may also accept other forms of payment at our discretion. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balances after 30 days.
4. Warranty
AutoFix Garage provides a warranty on our workmanship for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty does not cover parts that fail due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse. The warranty is void if the vehicle is used for racing or other competitive events. To make a warranty claim, you must return the vehicle to AutoFix Garage with proof of purchase. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective workmanship.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the condition of your vehicle and the services you require. You are also responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is insured and properly maintained. AutoFix Garage is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle that is caused by your negligence or failure to maintain your vehicle properly.

We may use third-party parts in our repairs. While we strive to use high-quality parts from reputable suppliers, we are not responsible for the performance or reliability of these parts. Any warranty claims related to third-party parts should be directed to the manufacturer or supplier of the parts.
3. Vehicle Condition
AutoFix Garage is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage to your vehicle that is not directly caused by our workmanship. We may identify pre-existing issues during the repair process and will inform you of these issues. However, we are not responsible for repairing these pre-existing issues unless you specifically authorize us to do so.

The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information contained on our website. Limitations of Liability

3. Force Majeure
AutoFix Garage shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, fires, floods, or other natural disasters.
4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. By using our services, you agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
AutoFix Garage reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.
